Kuwait Sends Firefighting Equipment To Tunisia

Two Kuwait Air Force planes left for Tunisia today, carrying fully equipped six firefighting engines to fight forest fires and for rescue operations as a gift from Kuwait to Tunisia to upon directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Head of the Search and Rescue Center, Lt. Col. Ayman Mohamed Abdel Wahab of the Kuwait Fire Services Directorate said the donation of fire engines emphasize the bonds of brotherhood when it comes to supporting brothers and friends in the face of crises and natural calamities, and reflects the pioneering role of the State of Kuwait in providing humanitarian work.
