During the holy month of Ramadan, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry continues its efforts to monitor and regulate prices in markets across Kuwait. Minister Khalifa Al-Ajeel recently conducted an inspection tour of the Al-Qairawan Cooperative Society, accompanied by the Commercial Control Sector team. Key figures present during the visit included Ghareeb Al-Adhan, Chairman of the Union of Cooperative Societies, Fahd Al-Kashti, Vice Chairman of the Union, and Talal Al-Kashti, Chairman of Al-Qairawan Cooperative Society.

The primary goal of the inspection was to evaluate the availability of essential food stocks and to ensure that cooperative societies adhere to fair pricing practices.
