18 Violations And 5 Warnings Issued In ‘Shuwaikh Industrial Area’
The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality has launched an inspection campaign throughout January, focusing on monitoring the compliance of shops and advertisement licenses. Supervisory teams from the Audit and Follow-up Departments have been actively enforcing regulations and taking necessary actions against violators. This campaign aims to maintain order and ensure all commercial activities comply with the city's standards.
Violations and Warnings Issued in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area
According to Abdulrahman Al-Rashidi, Market Supervisor at the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Department in the Capital Municipality, 18 violations were issued for various commercial activities. Additionally, five warnings were issued for exploiting state property in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area. These actions are part of the municipality's ongoing efforts to ensure proper regulation and the preservation of public spaces.
Kuwait Municipality Strengthens Controls on Tyre Recycling
In a related initiative, the Kuwait Municipality has introduced new controls for the transportation of damaged and used tyres to recycling plants. These regulations were formalized through an administrative circular issued by the Director of the Municipality, Eng. Manal Al-Asfour. To facilitate the implementation of these measures, Mishaal Al-Azmi, the Deputy Director General for Services Sector Affairs, held a crucial meeting with relevant authorities. The aim of the discussion was to streamline and organize the transportation of damaged tyres from their source to recycling facilities, enhancing efficiency in the recycling process.
