Scope of Works:

The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to hallways, offices, restrooms, work-areas, entrance ways, cafeteria, visitor lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, utility service room areas and exterior guard / police booths.

Estimated total of the floor area for performance of the cleaning services is: 14,670 square meters.

The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
