1. To contribute to the mobilisation/demobilisation of employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
2. To maintain the currency of all employee documentation relating to residency & employment as required by relevant legislation.
3. To support the effective & efficient dealings with appropriate Ministries and Embassies, with special regard to project licences, visas and communications equipment.
4. To contribute to the administration of localisation quota systems in relation to Government Projects in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
5. To verify all employment contract-associated paperwork in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
6. To maintain professional confidentiality in relation to dealings with personal employee information and Company’s sensitive issues.
To be part of a small team that provides manpower-related administrative support to the Company and its projects.
