The Organizers Apologize For The Unintended Error
Kuwait's Embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt clarified an incident that occurred during one of the courses attended by Kuwaiti officers. The incident involved the display of a map of the Arab world that omitted Kuwait’s international borders.
Based on communication received from the military office in Cairo, the embassy, in collaboration with the military office in Cairo, contacted officials from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the organizing party, for an investigation into why Kuwait's international borders were not depicted on an unofficial map, according to Al-Qabas daily.
The authorities involved explained that the display of this map was an inadvertent mistake made by the lecturer.
Those responsible for the course sincerely apologized to the participants for this error. It is important to emphasize that this error was in no way intended to show disrespect to Kuwait. This underscores that the strong historical and fraternal ties between the governments and peoples of the two countries remain intact and unaffected.
