Submitting Statements Of Assets And Liabilities To Avoid Punishments

Acting Secretary General of Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority Dr Mohammed Bozobar has affirmed that the authority is keen on providing all the necessary support and assistance to ease the financial disclosure process for the concerned individuals. In his speech during the awareness workshop organized by the authority recently, Bozobar said he hopes all those covered by Law No. 2/2016 on financial disclosure will submit their statements of assets and liabilities within the specified period to avoid punishments stipulated in the law.

He affirmed that the bylaws of the said law are already bearing fruits because the authority has been receiving the financial disclosures of the concerned individuals.
