Update Your Passport Details Easily On Kuwait's MOI Website

 Have you recently renewed your passport or received a new one? It's essential to update your passport information on the MOI website. Here’s a simple guide to help you through the process.

Step 1: Access the MOI Website

Visit MOI's official website.
Click on "E Services" then select "General Department of Residency."
Choose "Individual Service Platform." This redirects you to the login page. Use your Civil ID number as the username to log in. If you're a new user, register first.

Step 2: Update Passport Information

After logging in, go to "Family Members."
Select the family member whose passport information needs updating.
Click on "Update Passport Information."

Step 3: Submit Required Documents
Upload the following documents in English, in 'jpg,' 'jpeg,' 'gif,' or 'png' format, ensuring each file is under 0.5MB:

Front and back copies of the Civil ID
Old and new passport copies
After uploading, submit and save the provided code for future reference

 

 

You need to upload following documents

Civil ID Front Copy

Civil ID Backside Copy

Old Passport Copy

New Passport Copy

All names of Uploaded files should be in english and in "jpg" - "jpeg" - "gif" - "png" Format
File size should not exceed 0.5MB

Once you upload required documents click submit, then you will get a code please keep it safe

Step 4: Check Update Status

To track your update status, visit this link. Select "Passport details change," enter your Civil ID and the saved code, and click "Request Status."

Once details are updated , you will get an sms from PACI saying that your details are updated , then you can update for a new Civil ID
