Steps To Change Address On Civil Id

Digital transformation is now important agenda for the government’s worldwide.Kuwait, with its Civil ID can provide both inspiration and insight and can be proved as the key to digital government. In civil ID address is mentioned and it is important that your address written there should be correct so that it do not create any further problem related to your national identity.

Those whose present address is not the same with the one registered in the civil id. Please change it ASAP or u can be reprimanded. Process is as follows:

Step 1 - You have to purchase brown envelope from any jamiya or bookstore and of course in PACI south surra . This envelope has form in it that you have to fill out. In the form you will see PACI NUMBER: this PACI number is located just in front of your main door..  Take note of PACI NUMBER of flat and not that of the building.

Step 2 - Go to any government clinic, and get your blood group checked. 

Step 3 - Visit to PACI Head office in South Surra,

Make sure that you carry  the following documents:

a.Brown envelope with the form already filled out, with your blood type and stamp from the government clinic
b. Copy of house contract
c. Civil id copy of your flat holder
d. Civil id copy of applicant
e. Passport copy and residence paper 
f  Photos with blue background

After examining your documents, they will fill out another form with your flat holders details in it then hand it over to you and ask you to let your flat holder sign at the back of it.

After flat holder has signed the form, put all the required documents in the brown envelope (Mandatory mention our Civil ID behind the envelope).

Insert it in the machine, collect your envelope receipt .  This reciept you have to keep with yourself so in case police checks with you and enquire about the address, show this receipt to them and they will know that your change of address is now on process.
