New Digital Services Aim to Enhance Efficiency and Accessibility for Industrial Operations in Kuwait

The Public Authority for Industry has introduced five new services through the electronic application “Sahel Business.” This initiative is part of the Authority’s continuous efforts to streamline and digitize its services, enhancing accessibility and efficiency for users.

New Services Offered on Sahel Business

The official account of the unified government application for electronic services, “Sahel,” announced these new features. The expanded services now available through “Sahel Business” include:

Contract Data Inquiry

Users can now easily access and review contract details through the app, providing a more efficient way to manage and verify contractual information.

Rent Payment Request for Industrial Plots

This service allows users to request and process rent payments for industrial plots seamlessly, making financial transactions more straightforward and less time-consuming.

Approval of Customs Exemption

The app facilitates the approval process for customs exemptions on raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and equipment spare parts. Users must hold a customs exemption certificate (Form B9) to utilize this service.

Certificate for Whom It May Concern

Users can request and obtain official certificates for various purposes through the app, streamlining the process of acquiring necessary documentation.

License Data Inquiry

This feature enables users to inquire about the status and details of their licenses, ensuring they have up-to-date information on their industrial operations.

Enhancing Industrial Operations

These additions aim to improve the efficiency of industrial operations and provide users with a more convenient way to handle essential administrative tasks.
