A Step Toward Inclusive Education

This project forms part of a broader initiative to create specialized educational complexes for students with disabilities. The Al-Aqila complex will be one of three planned educational complexes in Kuwait, with additional facilities to be established in Jahra and Hawally.

The project aims to create a safe and accessible learning environment, promoting equal educational opportunities for all students. With integrated assistive technologies, students will overcome challenges and develop the skills necessary for greater independence.

Advanced Facilities for Special Needs Education

These advancements are designed to meet international standards, offering a comprehensive educational experience for students with disabilities.

The complexes will feature specialized facilities to accommodate students with a variety of disabilities, including deafness, muteness, autism, and mobility impairments. They will also include treatment facilities such as physiotherapy rooms, swimming pools, and multi-purpose gyms.

Fostering Skills Through Sports and Arts Programs

Sports and artistic programs are vital to improving the quality of life for students with disabilities. These programs will play a crucial role in helping students develop their skills and participate actively in society. The complexes will also offer therapeutic and rehabilitation programs to enhance students' abilities.

The Ministry of Education has expressed its gratitude to the Ministries of Finance and Public Works for their support and cooperation in executing this vital project. This initiative is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance the educational infrastructure in Kuwait and align with the country’s long-term educational goals.
