This came in a statement delivered late Wednesday by Member of the Higher Council of the Public Authority for People with Special Needs Affairs Rehab Bouresli during the 9th session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) that kicked off on Tuesday.
