Kuwait Fire Service Chief Calls For Stricter Inspections To Ensure Fire Safety
Major General Talal Al-Roumi, the Chief of the Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD), highlighted the urgency of reinforcing inspection campaigns to monitor buildings and facilities that violate fire safety and prevention regulations.
Enforcing Compliance to Prevent Accidents and Fires
In a press statement, Al-Roumi stressed the critical need for strict enforcement of fire safety laws, emphasizing that non-compliance could lead to dangerous accidents and fires. He underscored the importance of proactive measures in preventing potential threats to public safety.
Actions Against Non-Compliant Facilities
The KFSD Chief also noted the necessity of taking immediate administrative action to close any facility that poses a risk to public security. These actions are vital to safeguarding both lives and properties across Kuwait.
Moving Forward with Strict Fire Safety Measures
As part of the ongoing efforts to protect citizens, the KFSD will continue its inspection campaigns and ensure that safety measures are adhered to across all sectors. The ultimate goal is to prevent any incidents that could threaten public safety and ensure the country's continued well-being.
