Expatriate employees working in Kuwait's private sector are now required to obtain an exit permit before traveling outside the country. The Ministry of Labor has streamlined this process through the Sahel app, making it more efficient and accessible.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Sahel App on your mobile device. (Select Arabic Language)
2. Tap on "Services" from the bottom menu.
3. Select "Public Authority of Manpower".
4. Choose "Expatriate Labor Service".
5. Click on "Issuing Exit Permit".
6. Fill in your exit date and expected return date.
7. Your application will be sent to your employer for approval automatically.

After Submission

Once the employer approves, the exit permit will be issued. If the employer rejects the request without valid reason or fails to respond, the worker can file a complaint with the Public Authority for Manpower.
