Hajj Permits Approved For Former Kuwaiti Citizens Meeting Conditions
Eligibility Requirements for Hajj Permit Issuance
According to informed sources, individuals eligible for this special provision must not have any of the following:
- A valid travel ban
- An active security restriction
- An expired passport
Those failing to meet these criteria are excluded from this year’s Hajj-related procedures. This ensures that only compliant individuals are approved for travel and religious pilgrimage, reinforcing Kuwait’s regulatory and security protocols.
Arrival of Kuwaiti Hajj Expedition in Saudi Arabia
In a related development, Sattam Al-Muzain, head of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs team in the Kuwaiti Hajj expedition, confirmed the arrival of all mission members in the Holy Land. The announcement validates earlier reports on the arrival of Kuwaiti Hajj teams to Makkah.
Upon reaching the expedition headquarters in Makkah, the teams and specialized committees immediately commenced operations. Al-Muzain emphasized that all preparations have been completed to ensure seamless support and high-quality services for Kuwaiti pilgrims, aligning with the vision to serve the guests of Almighty Allah in the most efficient manner.
Enhanced Support for Kuwaiti Pilgrims

This year, additional focus has been placed on inclusivity and compliance, especially concerning those previously affected by legal or nationality status issues.
