Csc Declared The Launch Of The Automated Interface With Moi

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) declared the launch of the automated interface with Ministry of Interior to access criminal records of Kuwaitis before they are employed in governmental bodies, reports Al-Shahed daily.

The interface with be between the CSC database and that of Criminal Evidences Department of Ministry of Interior.

And, Ministry of Interior informed the committee in charge of studying the points of interpellation of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak, which took place two years ago concerning “citizenship revocation” that the decision was in accordance with legal frameworks following the discovery of fraud in the files of some citizens, reports Al-Rai daily quoting informed sources.

They explained that 53 files were referred to the Public Prosecution. Many fraud cases are being studied by the judiciary. This referral of files was in line with legal frameworks.
