Court Issued Verdict To Release An Egyptian And Lift A Travel Ban

Criminal Court has issued a verdict to release an Egyptian and lift a travel ban on him, reports Al-Rai daily. Acting to case papers, the Egyptian was convicted of verbally abusing HH the Amir, the judiciary and a Kuwaiti tribe on a social networking website. The court’s verdict came after the committee formed by the Kuwait University proved the suspect was not responsible for his behaviors although a report issued by the Psychiatric Hospital confirmed the man was fully aware of his behavior. It is worth mentioning the suspect had denied the allegations during a court session.
