It was one of the first companies to be established by Kuwait Finance House and operates in compliance with Islamic sharia principles. Due to the diversified nature of it\'s activities, and considering it\'s exceptional performance over the past four years of operation, and extraordinary general assembly of shareholders in 1997 decided to increase it\'s capital to KD 30 Million . Today , Al Enma\'a Real Estate is considered one of Kuwait leading organizations, Due to it\'s broadened portfolio of activities and their comprehensiveness both on a geographic and quality level , which allows it to grow and develop without sacrificing business stability.
