What prevents the state from issuing passports to the Bedoun in the vast land of God? There are many Bedoun who will find access to countries that know how to invest in their abilities and talents. So, why Kuwait does not benefit from the experiences of other countries in this regard?

The same can be said of the expatriates who have resided in the country for long years, and those who have married Kuwaiti women. The experiences of those countries are exemplary and deserve to be followed. This is a realistic solution so that after five or ten years we do not suddenly wake up to find the number of Bedoun has bloated into half a million people.
