Warning On Quarantined
The Ministry of Health has initiated actions against the violators of the health requirements and the instructions of the “Shlonak” app for people infected with COVID- 19 virus and those who came in contact with them, as well as the returning passengers, to undergo quarantine. This has triggered the filing of thousands of complaints in this regard, reports Al-Rai daily. According to informed sources, the General Department of Investigations at the Ministry of Interior continues to deliberate on thousands of cases brought by the Ministry of Health against citizens and expats who violated the health requirements and the “Shlonak” app’s instructions. They said, “The department received more than 3,000 complaints.
The complaints continue to flow in, and is expected to reach 8,000 cases with the submission of another 5,000 complaints. The complaint referred by the Ministry of Health is a one-page printed document regarding the lawsuit filed against violators of the Shlonak app. They have already been summoned for investigation one after the other. The accusation of violating health requirements is usually related to ignoring the response to communications via the application or discovering a change in the specific geographical location of the quarantine and other violations.”
