Visa Sold For 1150 Kd
Residency affairs detectives arrested a mandoub (company representatives) and a citizen who forged the estimated number of workers needed for a farm, as 200 Arab workers are registered to the farm. Following information about the mandoub’s activity, he was arrested. He told police that he received KD 150 for each transaction, while the citizen who was also arrested said he received KD 1,000. A visa issued according to similar transactions are often sold to victims of trafficking who come to Kuwait but find no jobs, leaving them to work for others illegally.
