Up To 200 Kd Fine Per Worker Who Violates Summer Work Ban Outside

As the temperature peaks, the Public Authority for Manpower intensified its efforts to check violators of the decision to hire outside workers during the noon time.

According to the provision of Article 141 of the Labor Law in the Private Sector No. 6/2010, anyone who violates shall be punished with a fine of not less than 100 dinars, and not more than 200 dinars for each worker for whom the violation registered. Employer will be the responsible person for the violation.

Working outside from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm are banned in Summer due to high heat. Those who found the violation can report the same to the following numbers:
