Uae Interpol Has Arrested A Syrian Businessman

The United Arab Emirates Interpol has arrested a Syrian businessman, identified only as B.K., who had been sentenced to a prison term in absentia for forging documents of a company, reports Al- Qabas daily.

A security source said the arrest came after Kuwait published the name of the suspect in the Interpol bulletin and he was found ‘holed up’ in the UAE.

According to Kuwaiti Interpol, a delegation left for UAE yesterday to bring the suspect back to the Kuwait. In the meantime, the concerned authorities are investigating how the man left Kuwait in spite of the fact that there was a travel ban on him.
