Two citizens traded punches at the parking lot of Adailiya Cooperative Society and suffered various degrees of injuries, says Al-Seyassah. A rescue team was deployed to the scene when the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry was notified about the incident.
A security source said passersby managed to resolve the quarrel before the rescue team arrived at the location, and the duo was referred to a hospital for treatment. During questioning, one of them said he left a trolley behind a car parked next to him and the other citizen hit the trolley while coming out of the parking area. He noted the fight started when the other citizen addressed him in a harsh manner, and it later developed into fisticuffs.
A case was registered. Meanwhile, a citizen filed a complaint with officers at Nugra Police Station against two Syrians who verbally abused him at a shopping mall using foul language. He noted the two suspects also tried to hit him. The police arrested the duo and took legal action against them.
