Traffic Rules Activated – No Driving Licenses For Foreign Students And Nurses

Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic and Operations Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Major General Jamal Al-Sayegh has confirmed the activation of Ministerial Resolution 270 of 2020 – amending the provisions of Ministerial Resolution 81 of 1976 – regarding the executive regulations of the Traffic Law, particularly the nonissuance of driving licenses to foreign students enrolled in public and private universities as well as the applied institutes, in addition to nurses working in the Ministry of Health and private hospitals, reports Al-Jarida daily.
