Officers from Capital Traffic Department launched a surprise campaign in central markets and commercial complexes, which resulted in the issuance of different types of citations. According to security sources, the campaign was launched in batches at different times with the aim of controlling the traffic. Based on instructions and guidance of the Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs at Ministry of Interior Major General Fahad Al-Shuwai, such campaigns will continue to ensure the traffic rules and regulations are followed by all.
