Traffic Incident Leads To Discovery Of Filipina And Policeman’s Illegitimate Kid

An incident involving a child led to the discovery of an illicit relationship between a Filipina and a policeman working for the Ministry of Interior, reports Al-Anba daily.

The child who is now six years old was allegedly born out of wedlock to a Filipina and the policeman in 2012. According to the mother’s statement she assumes the boy is a Kuwaiti citizen because his father is Kuwaiti. She also said that after the father refused to own the child for fear of the illegal relationship coming into the open, she sought the help of a compatriot to register the child in her name after entering into an agreement with her that 50 dinars will be paid to her every month.

It has been reported the Nugra police were surprised when an Arab entered the police station with a child. He told the security officers that he saved the child from certain death, when he saw him trying to cross the Fourth Ring Road opposite Nugra area.

He added, he stopped the car and rescued the child. The child was detained and asked to provide them with his mother’s number. The child provided the security men with the mother’s phone number. Upon contacting her, who turned out to be a Filipina, and minutes later when the mother came to the police station, she was reprimanded for being negligent and a case was filed against her.

When asked for the identity of the child’s father the mother stuttered, and here the security men doubted her statement and referred her for interrogation especially since she did not have any proof to show he is her son. During a full investigation the ‘mother’ told police the truth and also gave details of her policeman boyfriend
