Total Of 36,185 Traffic Citations Were Issued,189 Vehicles Seized, 71 Arrested

General Traffic Department carried out several traffic campaigns in all six governorates of Kuwait from March 26 to April 1, reports Al-Seyassah daily. During the campaigns, a total of 36,185 traffic citations were issued, 189 vehicles and 17 motorbikes were seized, 71 individuals were detained in traffic custody, three expatriates were referred for deportation for driving without licenses and five vehicles that are involved in various cases were discovered. The General Department of Public Relations and Media Security of Ministry of Interior urged road users to follow the traffic rules and regulations.
