This came in a speech delivered by His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled today, Tuesday, at the opening session of the fifth regular session complementary to the fifteenth legislative chapter of the National Assembly, which was inaugurated by His Highness the Amir of the country Sheikh Nawwaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect him. He said that one of the most important challenges that the government faced during the Corona crisis was the challenges of continuing construction, but the government’s efforts did not stop the construction process in all fields.
