The Municipality Closing 4 Basements In Farwaniya
Kuwait Municipality announced the closure of four basements of investment real estate in Al Farwaniyah Governorate, in violation of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Corona virus emerging (Covid 19).
In a press release issued by the Kuwait Municipality today, Monday, Fahd Al-Muwaizri, head of the Violations Removal Department in the Al-Farwaniyah Governorate branch said that the municipality had toured the real estate vouchers in the investment housing that are being used as warehouses, in light of the efforts made by the Kuwait municipality to confront the consequences of “Corona”.
He added that during the tour, the team uncovered eight investment properties and liberated eight violations that included opening and managing a store without obtaining the approval of the municipality in accordance with the general shops regulations and building violations in accordance with Ministerial Resolution (206 of 2009).
He pointed out the necessity of real estate owners to abide by all of the municipality’s regulations and systems to avoid violating and administrative closure, calling them to cooperate with the municipal control teams during the field inspection of real estate.
He stressed the importance of the interaction of citizens and residents by calling the hotline (139) that works around the clock or communicating via WhatsApp (24727732) in the event of any complaints related to the municipality.
