The Kuwaiti Government Recommends That 'kinder' Brand Products From Belgium Be Banned

In Kuwait, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition recommends that all Kinder brand food products be withdrawn from the country of origin, Belgium.

Based on the latest developments in the International Network of Food Safety Officials INFOSAN on April 9, 2022, the authority made its decision after an alert was issued regarding the possibility of salmonella bacteria contaminating some Kinder brand products.

An earlier press release from the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition clarified that all food products, including the one mentioned in the European warning, are tested in laboratories for safety and conformance with approved specifications.
