The Fall Of A Kuwaiti In A Pit Raises A Stir
A recent cctv footage video went viral where a Kuwaiti citizen fell in a pit in the garden of his home in Al Rehab area. The fire department denied the incident over past two days which was widely circulated. Kuwait fire service department confirmed that it did not receive any report regarding this incident and called upon citizens and expats and news sites to investigate before publishing such news reports Al Qabas
But former MP Mubarak al-Duwaila confirmed in his account on Twitter that the person who fell in the pit is a Kuwaiti citizen while walking in the garden of his house Al-Rehab and the video was filmed from the camera of the house.
Sources informed that the incident happened on October 17, when the Kuwaiti citizen fell into a pit for a bathroom built for his driver and he called from his mobile phone to his brother, who rescued him and pulled him out of the pit and went to the hospital for minor bruises.No police and firefighters were not informed of the incident.
