Teacher Training Finished Thursday

The Supreme Committee for the Application of Distance Education Rules and Policies for the educational stages, starting from kindergarten through high school for the 2020-2021 academic year, held its sixth “remote” meeting chaired by the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr. Saud Al-Harbi, through the “Microsoft Teams” program, with the participation of professors, directors of all academic fields.

The meeting dealt with the training plan for e-learning applications, and included all technical mentors and heads of departments, and it is scheduled to complete the training of all teachers next Thursday, and also discussed study plans and curriculum distribution, especially with regard to kindergarten and the first three grades of the elementary stage.

The meeting touched on the mechanism for evaluating learners, and school attendance for each educational stage, and it was emphasized that the participation of parents will not go beyond monitoring the performance of young children and communicating with teachers.
