Teacher Assaulted By Guardian And A Student

A secondary school teacher in Al-Sabahiya has filed a complaint with the police accusing the guardian of one of the students of beating him, reports Al- Rai daily.

At the same time the Kuwaiti Teachers Association while condemning the attack has called on the Ministry of Education to take all necessary legal measures to preserve the right of the teacher.

According to the complainant the Kuwaiti guardian brought his three sons late to school and just because their names were recorded as latecomers, there was an argument with the teacher and the Kuwaiti apparently lost his cool and assaulted the teacher.

The daily has learned that the school administration also has reported the incident to the educational area headquarters in the district.
