Syrian Sentenced To 193 Yrs And 8 Months In Prison For Committing 51 Thefts

The Criminal Court has sentenced a Syrian to 193 years and 8 months in prison for committing 51 thefts, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources the suspect was arrested after police set a trap for him and caught him redhanded while attempting to break into a beauty parlor. Case papers indicate the suspect had robbed several beauty parlors in Jabriya, Salmiya, Hawally, Bneid Al-Gar and Sabah Al-Salem during weekends. During interrogations, the Syrian is said to have admitted to all the charges filed against him.
