South Sudan’s Ambassador To Kuwait Passes Away

South Sudan’s ambassador to Kuwait H.E. Parmena Makuet M. Raik passed away due to complications from diabetes and stress, which forced him to be admitted to the Al Sabah Hospital as a patient. After several months his condition improved, then deteriorated while in the ICU for more than three weeks. The ambassador received the necessary treatment from the medical staff.
