Severe Cold Expected This Year, Says Meteorologist

Meteorologists expected that Kuwait is expected to affect by severe cold this winter, along with heavy and medium rain fall.

Meteorologist Muhammad Karam explained that the country is witnessing Air depression from African wind accompanied by light to moderate southeast winds and cloud formations. He expected the weather to stabilize by tomorrow, with less chances of rain.

He pointed out that, starting Tuesday, the weather will witness a drop in temperatures and minimum temperature may reach 9 degrees Celsius at night.

Meteorologist Issa Ramadan also expected the scattered rains to continue. From Tuesday, the weather will be moderate during day time and relatively cold during the night, Ramadan said.
