Senior Cop Assaulted By 6 Kuwaitis

Six Kuwaitis have been arrested and detained at the Sharq Police Station for assaulting a lieutenant colonel working as an investigator at the same police station, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, this happened when the officer saw five men beating a compatriot and attempted to separate the men but instead of obeying, the men turned on him and landed punches on him.

All the men have submitted medical reports showing injuries and each party is accusing the other of assault. The officer has also submitted a medical report showing injuries on his body
