Security Operatives Arrested A Citizen At Security Checkpoint In Possession Of Narcotic Pills

In a hot chase, security operatives apprehended a citizen at a security checkpoint in Riqqa area in possession of 60 narcotic pills. A security source said the suspect tried to escape when he reached the checkpoint and officers asked for his identification documents. They chased and arrested him, and recovered 60 narcotic pills while conducting a search inside his vehicle. He was referred with the items to the concerned authority. Meanwhile, Ahmadi securitymen nailed another citizen in Fahaheel area for his involvement in a financial offense.
