Second Dose Of Oxford Vaccine Will Be Given To All Within 10 Days Of Its Arrival

Everyone, who are waiting for the second dose of the Oxford vaccine will be vaccinated within 10 days of receiving the next batch of Oxford vaccine, Health Minister Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah said. 30 centers will be operated for this purpose, he added.

The problem in receiving the next batch of Oxford vaccine is not only to Kuwait, but many countries are facing the delay as demand increases. 75% of the production of this vaccines is distributed to 10 countries, while only the 25 percent is available for the rest of the world, he said.

Kuwait will soon import "Moderna" and "Johnson & Johnson" vaccines, minister said.
