Schools Receive Students To Conduct Pcr Tests
The Ministry of Education confirms that the safety and health of students come as a priority as they prepare for the end of the 2020/21 year-end exams, stressing that medical precautionary measures are taken through the PCR COVID-19 swipe-testing program.
As of Sunday morning, the ministry alongside the health department has begun their COVID-19 testing campaign starting with the high school senior class and those being schooled from home.
Assuring the student’s safety, a statement by the ministry said that the recently launched campaign “will continue Monday from 8 am to 8 pm.” Head of the Administrative issues of the Ministry of Education located in Al-Asmah, Dalal Al-Nahith, in cooperation with the health department will be undergoing the PCR swipes on all students preparing for the exams. All schools taking part in this campaign have begun this morning receiving students for testing by alphabetic order.
