Sahel: New Features In The Application To Speed Up The Completion Of Electronic Government Transactions
The official spokesman for the unified government application “Sahel” for electronic services, Yousef Kazim, announced the addition of a set of new features and characteristics in the new update of the application through digital stores for iOS and Android systems for smart phones to speed up the process of completing electronic government transactions
Added features
Kazem told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Wednesday, that the new update includes the ability to directly contact the government communication unit “Wasel” in case the user encounters any problem using the application or accessing the electronic services it contains by using the “Contact” button from the application interface.
He explained that a contact box service has been added within the application, in addition to providing multi-step services to enable the user to proceed with completing his transactions by navigating directly from one government agency to another and simplifying the procedures to complete the transaction.
He added that the electronic payment feature can now be used directly within the application, with the addition of the dark night operation feature in order to reduce eye strain and reduce blue light from the phone screen, in addition to activating the feature of deleting notifications from within the application.
He called for the need to update the new version of the application through digital stores according to the smartphone system, so that the services box for government e-services can be activated.Join Our Telegram group to know the latest news https://t.me/kuwaitoffering
He stressed that the new update will contribute to accelerating the process of completing electronic government transactions, noting the efforts of the Public Authority for Civil Information in making the “Sahel” application a platform capable of exchanging information and data more quickly among government agencies.
Kazem said that this application will promote the launch of multi-step services and complex electronic services from ministries and government agencies, which will benefit citizens and residents.
It is noteworthy that “Sahel” is a unified government application launched in mid-September, and aims to enhance the efficiency and speed of completion of government transactions and operations, and enables its users to carry out their transactions electronically.
