Royal Released On Kd 2,000 Bail Bond

The detention renewal judge ordered the release of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah on KD 2,000 bail bond after spending 10 days in the cells of the Public Prosecution over alleged malicious statements he made against His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. It is worthy of note that member of the ruling family Sheikh Mubarak Al-Abdullah filed a petition against Sheikh Abdullah for posting a malicious video clip online. The Diwan Amiri also filed a similar petition over alleged malicious statements the accused purportedly made against the leadership.
