Retirements And Transfer Requests Result In A Shortage Of Staff

There were many factors contributing to the decrease in the number of employees at the Inspection and Audit Office, including retirement and resignation of a number of employees who reached retirement age.

One of the main reasons for the shortage of staff is that many employees apply for transfers, whether inside or outside the ministry, in search of material advantages not available at the office, while pointing out that the inspection office needs experienced and competent staff with specialized knowledge.
