Removing 13 Encroachments On State Property In Farawaniyah

According to aljarida The control team of the “Farwaniya Emergency” carried out field trips in the regions of Farwaniya, Al-Rehab and Seville, yesterday, during which they removed the violating umbrellas on state property in Farawaniyah, after the warning period ended and warnings were issued for infringements represented by setting up parachutes and tents on state property based on complaints received. 

The head of the emergency team at the governorate’s municipality branch, Ahmed Al-Shurika, confirmed that the field trips carried out by the inspectors of the control team came within the framework of ensuring that no encroachment on state property by exploiting areas without a permit by the municipality, and removing infringements after the warning period ends. 

The partner explained that the tours resulted in the removal of 13 violating umbrellas after taking all legal measures, in addition to issuing 8 warnings of encroachment on state property based on complaints received about the exploitation of areas on state property without a license from the municipality.  

In another area, the municipal teams are today campaigning to remove illegal camps and brackets in the Wafra area.

For its part, the Environment Public Authority announced that it had detected environmental violations and violations in the Al-Shadadiyah area through the presence of unlicensed activities and practices in violation of the environmental protection law.

The authority stated, in a press statement, that coordination had been made with the Kuwait Municipality to warn of the immediate removal, and “due to the lack of cooperation of the violators, violations were issued for them, and the Kuwait Municipality and the Environmental Police cooperated with us in the removal campaign against such violations.”
