Remove Makeshift Markets From Suburb Of Jleeb Al-shuyoukh
The Director-General of the Municipality, Engineer Ahmed Al-Manfouhi, has instructed the Central Emergency Team of the Office of the Director General of the Municipality and the Department of Hygiene and Road Occupations in Al-Farwaniya Governorate Municipality to deal immediately with makeshift markets and clear the rain water drainage system in the suburb of Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, reports Al-Anba daily.
In this context, the Director of the Hygiene and Road Occupations Department in the Municipality Saad Al-Khureinej said that there is continuous follow-up by the Director General of the Municipality to eliminate all the random phenomena in the area which has been a thorn in the working of the Municipality particularly in terms of cleanliness in the area by intensifying inspection campaigns and take all legal action against violators. Following the instructions, Al- Khureinej confirmed that the campaign included the inspection of three such markets, some of the hawkers were arrested and goods were confiscated.
