Recruitment Process Of Domestic Workers From Philippines Is The Lengthiest
Civil Aviation announced that the recruitment of new domestic workers will start from today, Sunday. The procedures for the recruitment of domestic workers will differ from one country to another, and the most difficult and longest procedure is for the recruitment of domestic workers from the Philippines, Al Anbaa daily reported quoting from informed sources.
The domestic worker is expected to take from two to three months to complete the special government procedures required by the Philippines for the travel of the domestic worker.
Sources said that other countries have easier procedures for the recruitment of domestic workers, such as Sri Lanka, which takes an average of about a month.
After obtaining all the necessary approvals for travel to Kuwait, the role of the electronic platform for the return of domestic workers “BelSalamah” managed by the National Aviation Services Company (NAS) begins.
The role of the “Balsalama” platform in the process of bringing new domestic workers to Kuwait will be similar to the role that the platform plays regarding the return of workers to Kuwait from high-risk countries.
