Public Funds Are Protected By Knpc Acts

To protect public money, Kuwait National Petroleum Company wants nitrogen gas supplied to its refineries through pipelines to be discontinued.

Although the KNPC did not specify the reasons for this, a local Arabic newspaper citing reputable company sources stated that the company submitted a cancellation request to the Central Tenders Committee, which acknowledged the KNPC's request under Article 55 of Public Tender Law No. 49 of 2016.
