Transfer Of Residence From Small Medium Enterprises

The Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower, Ahmed Al-Mousa said that a circular was issued to manage the service of business owners in order to facilitate the owners of small and medium enterprises in light of the current circumstances, as they were allowed to conduct labor transfer transactions registered on small and medium enterprises to work for the owner of another small or medium enterprise within a limit.

The maximum number of three workers registered on the file without the requirement to attach a certificate of wage transfer until the end of the current year, and provided that there is no suspension on the file, noting that these transactions will be carried out through a special record within the department with the approval of the Director of the Business Owners Service Department, and an undertaking is submitted from the owner The project includes fulfilling the rights of the workers registered with it.
