Police Seized 750 Bottles Of Locally Manufactured Alcohol In Wafra

A total of 750 bottles of homemade alcohol were confiscated at two locations in the Wafra area where two people were arrested. The matter has been referred to the competent authorities.

According to the General Department of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior, two persons were captured by the Public Security Sector, led by the Ahmadi Security Directorate (Al-Wafra Police Station), one of whom had 600 bottles of locally manufactured booze and the other 150 bottles, according to Al-Rai daily.

According to security sources, the accused and the seized materials have been referred to the competent authorities for further action.
